The sisters moved to Blue Point, Long Island,New York, in the mid 1930's.There, on a lovely piece of property close to the Great South Bay, they built the Mother House and Novitiate. For many years young women arrived and participated in their formation program. Upon completion they went out to the missions and parishes where they joined other sisters in various ministries.

In 1980 tragedy struck in the form of a devastating fire which completely destroyed what had been home to many for so many years.

Within a few short years a new structure arose out of the ashes
which serves as a residence for retired sisters. One wing of the house is the home of a retreat center.
